OpenID — is universal username, which you can use
for authorization on any web site, where will see this icon:

Usually, OpenID is looks, as the URL of your blog or profile. For example: joesmith.blogspot.com or jennifer.myopenid.com.
Using OpenID, it's not necessary any more to fill the registration form and to remember one more password. Simply use your universal username and it's ready, you is authorized!
